pk65 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pk65," "we," "us," "our" refers to the pk65 platform and its operating entity, an internationally licensed online gaming operator.
• "Platform" means the pk65 website accessible at pk65.bid, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any future applications.
• "Player," "User," "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk65 Platform in any manner.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the pk65 Platform.
• "Services" means all sports betting, live casino, slot gaming, virtual sports, and any other gaming or entertainment services offered through the pk65 Platform.
• "Funds" means any real-money amounts deposited into or held within a Player's pk65 Account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account by pk65 pursuant to a promotion, and subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on an event, game outcome, or casino activity using real-money Funds held in the Player's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by pk65 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and pk65. By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with the pk65 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you are accessing the pk65 Platform on behalf of a corporate entity or business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions, and the term "you" shall include that entity.

To be eligible to register and use the pk65 Platform, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or had an account permanently closed by pk65 for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or affiliate of pk65, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless pk65 has expressly granted written permission for account registration.
• Your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction. pk65 does not warrant the lawfulness of access from any particular location.
• You are not depositing funds that are derived from criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity.

pk65 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk65 may result in suspension of account access and freezing of Funds pending verification.

Each Player may hold only one (1) active registered Account on the pk65 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering your pk65 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify pk65 promptly of any changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk65 login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account login details with any third party. pk65 will never ask for your password via Live Chat, email, or SMS.
• You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such activity results directly from pk65's negligence or breach.
• You must notify pk65 immediately via Live Chat or email if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• pk65 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered mobile number to protect your Account from unauthorised access.

pk65 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an Account, or request additional verification documents at any stage, in its sole and reasonable discretion, in compliance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering procedures.

All financial transactions on the pk65 Platform — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk65 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Available payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, and processing timeframes are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account and are subject to change.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pk65 wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. pk65 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash or EasyPaisa processing queues.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by pk65 within the timeframe stated on the Cashier page. pk65 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal to same source: Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pk65 reserves the right to enforce this policy to prevent money laundering.
• Refused withdrawals: pk65 may refuse or delay a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, pk65 will provide notice and, where appropriate, return funds to the depositing payment method.
• Unclaimed funds: Funds remaining in a dormant Account (with no login or wagering activity for twelve consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as disclosed in the Cashier section. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

All Wagers placed on the pk65 Platform are subject to the general betting rules published on the Platform, as well as any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game. In the event of a conflict between general and specific rules, the more specific rule shall prevail.

• A Wager is accepted and becomes binding upon pk65's confirmation of the bet, which is displayed on screen and recorded in your Account transaction history.
• pk65 reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, including where odds or game parameters have been published as a result of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or human mistake. Players will be notified and Funds returned in such cases.
• All casino games — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, and all other table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) software independently audited for fairness. Results are not manipulated by pk65.
• Sports betting odds are set by pk65's odds compilers and reflect the probability of outcomes at the time of publication. Odds are subject to change without notice. The odds applicable to a Wager are those confirmed at the time of bet acceptance.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at pk65's discretion, including during technical difficulties, match delays, or unusual betting patterns.
• Winnings from cricket betting, PSL markets, UFC bets, and all other sports betting markets are credited to your pk65 wallet upon settlement of the relevant event, following official result confirmation from the relevant governing body.

pk65 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, and special offers to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by account type, geographic location, depositing history, or other factors determined by pk65.
• Multiple accounts registrations, use of shared devices, shared payment methods, or coordinated wagering patterns to abuse promotional offers constitutes bonus fraud and will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds, voiding of associated winnings, and account termination.
• pk65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from wagering Bonus Funds in accordance with applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Free bets expire as stated in the relevant promotion. Expired free bets are forfeited without compensation.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the pk65 Platform. Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without express written permission from pk65.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform or any game offered on it for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with markets offered on pk65.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including casino poker or live table games.
• Using the pk65 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in systematic exploitation of bonus offers or promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
• Attempting to access the Account of another player or any restricted area of the pk65 Platform.
• Conducting chargebacks on deposits following the use of deposited Funds for wagering purposes.

All content on the pk65 Platform — including but not limited to the pk65 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pk65 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk65 Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit in any commercial manner any content from the pk65 Platform without the express prior written consent of pk65.

pk65 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is available on the pk65 Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk65 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services as required by law or by pk65's licensing obligations. All such third parties are contractually bound to process your data only for the purposes stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk65 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk65 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or interruption of service resulting from technical failures, maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events;
• Incorrect odds or results caused by data feed errors from third-party providers;
• Actions of third-party payment processors resulting in delays to deposits or withdrawals;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit pk65's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. pk65's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total Funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

pk65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity;
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player against previous deposits;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player;
• Where required by pk65's licensing authority or applicable law.

Where an Account is closed and no breach has been established, any remaining real-money Funds in the Player's wallet will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method, following completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are non-refundable upon account closure for breach.

A Player may request voluntary closure of their pk65 Account at any time by contacting pk65 support via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk65 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pk65, the Player should first contact pk65 customer support with full details of the complaint. pk65 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through pk65's internal complaints procedure, the Player may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory body under pk65's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

pk65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to registered Players via a notification displayed on the Platform or via email to the registered address associated with the Account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

Continued use of the pk65 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to an amended version of the Terms and Conditions, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure with a refund of any real-money Funds held in your wallet at that time.
